The successful openning of 18th CPC national congress established the goal of building a convervation-minded society and a conservation-minded barracks. The serious phenomenon that the military officials have superisingly high occupational consumption has already drawn people's attention. As a speicial group, the PLA's military officials have speicial occupational authorieis, thus there brings a hugh troubles and obstacles for control of their occupational consumption. Control of military officials' consumption sometimes is only a formla issue without substance; the surveilance and constrains are lacked. PLA and the countries suffered from a great loss from this situtation. It is necessary to impose regulations on the control of military officials' occupational consumption, to make those consuming behaviors adapt to the need of building a new-era armed force. This thesis focuses on the current facts about the occupational comsuption of PLA military officials and discusses the main cause and problems concerning those facts. The author also illustrates the meaning of regulation PLA officials' occupational consumption, and brings specific proposals about how to regulate those consumption behaviors.
