For recent years, as China's industrialization and urbanization developes rapidly, the quantity and quality of arable land decreases as well. Meanwhile population increases day by day and per capita arable land decreases continuously, food security having been a hot issue for years. This text ,through stating recent condition of arable resource and development course of urbanization of Jilin,analyses the changing course of arable resource and developing course trend of urbanization,and concludes quantity and quality condition of arable resource in Jili and other regions. It searches the plus-minus influence of urbanization course to arable resource, makes all-round quantitate and qualitate analysis of urbanization and arable changes in Jili in 1996-2010, and builds regression equation of arable area and urbanization level. At last, on condition of meeting with rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in Jili and protecting arable land, it put forward some concret measures to achieve urbanization and health and sustainable development of arable protction. _____________________________ 翻译的不是特好。见笑了
