This design, first through the shell carries on the components analysis to the filter on, understood the components structure, and using cartography software AutCAD and Pro.E which studies carries on the two-dimensional detail drawing and the three dimensional detail drawing plan, then through the ramming curriculum knowledge which studies carries on the components technology capability analysis, designs several set of components processing working procedure and carries on the analysis, chooses a set of most appropriate processing plan, finally chose has contained two superposable dies set of six labor step processing plans, after determined the processing craft plan, carried on each set of molds the design, and through the computation choice appropriate press, finally carried on the manufacture to a set of formed craft concave mold The technological design, and produces the corresponding NC procedure through Pro.E.
