Higher education as an organic part of the system, the management of university students to high quality talents cultivating socialist plays an important role. But along with the development of higher education popularization, the student management work facing student diversity and complexity of the challenges, it is urgent to reform and innovation. School social work is the social work principles, methods and skills used in education institutions and their facilities, through with parents, schools, communities interactive, and solve the student's problem, and formed a "family-school-community" three of the good relations, constructing teaching, learning, growing and harmonious environment, so that the students can better adapt to the society. So will the school social work and the concept of methods used in colleges and universities, is undoubtedly the college students' management of beneficial supplement, be helpful for promoting the reform and innovation of the management of students. Through to the analysis of a large number of documents, found that about the school social work applied to the universities of studies have many. Among them, most of the articles of the school social work in university students' management, and the necessity of the other students management department, the relations between intervention mode, intervention, ways the analysis and exploration. Therefore this paper in view of the necessity, the relations between literature review and proposed own view, and at the same time through the questionnaire survey method to south China agricultural university undergraduate research object for college students to understand of school social work know and demand, discusses how to establish meet students look forward to school social work mode and to our college school of social work development future, in hopes of innovation management of college students a reference.

The twenty-first century is a new era of China's rising, with the resurrection of knowledge economy,talents have become the most valuable and important resource of an enterprise, more and more managers have noticed that talents are the key to the success in future. How to recruit,manage and make full use out of talents are becoming the focus of enterprise managers.Neverthless,problem such as the sever brain drain, the influctuation of human resouces are obviously harmful, and how to ease the sever situation,how to manage the posible cirisises are problems facing the enterprise today.Therefor,enterprise talents crisises management is getting more and more important.This paper study from where I pratice in the Sichuan HongTeng group of construction,Ltd..I seek the answers to my problems in the pratice and make some advices for the human resouces crisises management.
