China,United States and Japan are the three ecnomic powers of the world, the harmonious development of their economy and trade is the decisive factor of the healthy growing of the world economy. however, the recent adverse balance of the China-japan and China-US trade has become the biggest obstacle in the development. And the solution of these unharmonious fators is now issues of concern. In this article, starting with the data of the adverse balance, the reasons of this phenomenon are analysed deeply and suggestions are offered.
